It looks so reallistic!
So 3D, and those strawberry lips, omg those teeth, that bullet... Still, I think that the black gap between the teeth should look more darker, of perhaps you took this photo with flash, but as the whites are so perfectly defined, the darker areas in the inside of the mouth should be too.
The lips are perfect, the teeth are perfect, the bullet is perfect, it's just that gap that could increase the contrast in your paint. But of course, that relies on the source you used to do this, so maybe it's supposed to be a little lighter.
I'd rate this 12 ducks out of 10!!
